One-to-One Enrollment allows your employees to meet face-to-face with an experienced benefit counselor. Benefit selection information is captured electronically during the enrollment session, eliminating the need for additional forms and delays.

Web Enrollment solution allows your employees to select their benefit options from their office, workplace, home or wherever they have Internet access. Our intuitive, step-by-step process will guide your employees through the enrollment process.

Call Center provides maximum flexibility by allowing your employees to call a trained benefit counselor during the open enrollment process. Our licensed, salaried counselors are effective communicators, knowledgeable and experienced in communicating all aspects of employee benefit plans.

We recognize that a traditional paper based enrollment may still be necessary in some instances. Whether your specific needs are paper based or electronic, we will assist you in the transition process for a more effective and efficient enrollment solution.

Our capabilities allow for the true integration of these services. Enrollment information is consolidated into one view and automated integration to Human Resource and Payroll systems formats is available. Additionally, electronic feeds to and from Benefit Carriers are available through the enrollment process.
